Automations

From interest to a booked call.

Watch a missed call turn into a booking.

  1. A call goes unanswered.
  2. A text goes out in seconds.
  3. The lead replies. You get the alert.

Tap “Simulate a missed call” to run it. This is an honest simulation with a fictional business. Want to see it on a real phone? We’ll run a build end to end on a live call.

Automations — Demo builds

Demo builds

Ten automations we built to show how each system runs, from trigger to result. Diagrams draw as you scroll. Tap one to see the full flow.

Demo builds, not client case studies. These were built by Mad Good Labs as demonstrations. They aren’t client projects and they don’t claim client results.

Diagrams show a US setup (+1 numbers, local business hours). We adapt numbers, hours and messaging rules to your market.

How it works

Audit. Blueprint.
Build. Launch.

Four steps. One fixed price. You sign off before anything is built.

  1. Audit

    Day 1

Twenty minutes on a call. You show us where leads leak. We ask the awkward questions.

  2. Blueprint & fixed quote

    Typically within 2 business days

A one-page map of the system, the tools and a fixed price in USD (or GBP, CAD or AED). Nothing starts until you sign off.

  3. Build & test

    Typically 1–3 weeks, by scope

Built inside your accounts. Every path tested: after hours, wrong numbers, STOP replies.

  4. Launch & handover

Typically 1 week of monitored launch

Live with monitoring on. You get a recorded walkthrough, plain-English docs and the keys.

You own it.

Workflows, accounts, phone numbers and data stay in your name, in your accounts. We build inside them and hand back admin access at launch. If we part ways, everything keeps running.

Our guarantee.

If it doesn’t work the way the signed blueprint says, we fix it free until it does. Miss our launch date, and your first month of care is on us.

Timelines are typical, not promises. In the US, texting from a new number also waits on carrier A2P 10DLC approval; other markets have their own sender registration. We file on day one.

Compliance & trust

Built to pass carrier review.
And yours.

SMS consent · TCPA · A2P 10DLC · PECR · CASL

Texts carriers accept.

US carriers require A2P 10DLC registration before a business texts from a local number. We register your brand and campaign in your name and write the opt-in and STOP/HELP language. In the UK, Canada and the Middle East, we follow local consent and sender-ID rules.

  • Missed-call replies stay a plain acknowledgment
  • No promotional texts without written consent
  • Opt-outs honored automatically and logged in your CRM
  • Send windows respect the recipient’s local time

We configure for compliance. We aren’t a law firm. For regulated industries, have counsel review the copy.

Data & security

Your data stays yours.

  • We work inside your accounts with the least access the job needs
  • Credentials stay in your password manager or the platform’s own vault
  • We don’t sell your data or your customers’ data, or reuse it for other clients
  • Our access is removed at handover unless you keep a care plan
  • NDA on request

FAQ

Straight answers.

The questions owners ask before they book. Still unsure? Ask on the call.

What does it cost?

Every package is a fixed price, agreed before any work starts. Rescue starts at US$1,500, Pipeline at US$2,500 and Front Desk at US$5,000; the optional care plan starts at US$500 a month. We invoice in USD, GBP, CAD or AED. Tools like Twilio, GoHighLevel or HubSpot are billed to you directly by each provider.

How long until it’s live?

Typically one to three weeks per system after you approve the blueprint. Texting from a new US number also waits on carrier A2P 10DLC approval, so we file it on day one. Timelines are typical, not promises.

You’re in Sydney. How do time zones work?

Calls are booked in your local time. We keep early and late slots open so New York, London, Toronto and Dubai all get a sensible hour, and much of the build happens while you sleep.

Which tools do you work with?

n8n, Make, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Twilio, Calendly, Cal.com, Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks Online, Slack and Gmail. If you already pay for a tool, we build on it before suggesting anything new.

Do I need GoHighLevel or HubSpot already?

No. We recommend the lightest stack that fits how you work. If you already have a CRM, we use it.

Who owns the workflows and accounts?

You do. Workflows, accounts, phone numbers and data live in your name. We build inside them and hand back admin access at launch.

Is texting compliant?

We configure every SMS flow for the TCPA and carrier rules: A2P 10DLC registration, clear opt-in language, STOP and HELP handling, and plain missed-call replies with no promotions unless you have written consent. We aren’t a law firm. For regulated industries, have counsel review the copy.

What happens if we stop working together?

Everything keeps running in your accounts. You keep the workflows, the docs and the walkthrough. Nothing is locked to us.

Do you guarantee results?

We don’t promise revenue numbers; nobody honest can. We do guarantee the work. If it doesn’t work the way the signed blueprint says, we fix it free until it does. Miss our launch date, and your first month of care is on us.

What do you need from me?

Twenty minutes for the audit, admin access to the tools involved, one person to approve the blueprint, and a few test calls before launch.
