01Who we are
Mad Good Labs (“Mad Good Labs”, “we”, “us”) is an Australian business (ABN [KAY: ABN]) based in Sydney, New South Wales, working with clients mainly in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and the Middle East. This policy explains what personal information we collect through madgoodlabs.com and our services, how we use it, and your choices.
Contact: kay@madgoodlabs.com.
02Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, company, and anything you include when you email us, book a call, or fill out a form.
- Booking information: if you book through our scheduling provider (Calendly), that provider collects your name, email, time zone and chosen time, and shares it with us.
- Technical information: basic server logs from our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested). This site does not currently use analytics tools.
03How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule and hold calls, and send proposals.
- To deliver and support the services you buy from us.
- To keep our site and systems secure and working.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
04SMS and phone numbers
If you call or text a business system we operate, your number is used only to send the related reply. Message frequency varies; for a missed-call reply it is one message per missed call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging carrier) that help us deliver the messages.
05Client data we process
When we build automations for a client, we may access that client’s customer data (for example, leads in a CRM). We process it only on the client’s instructions, inside the client’s own accounts, for the purpose of the project. The client remains responsible for its own privacy notices and consent records. We will sign a data processing agreement on request.
06Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our business, which may include web hosting (Vercel), email, scheduling, messaging (for example Twilio or LC Phone), and workflow and CRM platforms (such as n8n, Make, GoHighLevel and HubSpot). They may process personal information on our behalf under their own terms.
07Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our scheduling provider may set cookies when its calendar loads.
08International transfers
We are based in Australia and our providers may store data in Australia, the United States, the European Union or other countries. When information moves between countries, we take reasonable steps to protect it.
09Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use access controls, least-privilege access to client systems, and reputable providers, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10Your rights
Depending on where you live (including Australia under the Privacy Act 1988, the UK under the UK GDPR, Canada under PIPEDA, and California and other US states with privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email kay@madgoodlabs.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
